Emily Situ
Emily Situ, founder of Situ Legal Services, is a licensed paralegal and notary public in Ontario. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Emily is known for being detail-oriented, client-focused, and results-driven. She provides clear legal advice, thorough preparation, and strong advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.
Emily’s legal training includes graduating with Honours from Seneca College’s Paralegal Program and Law Clerk Program. She also received specialised training through Osgoode Hall Law School, earning a certificate in Handling Summary Conviction Offence Cases. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
